The garden and outdoor area (including the tortoise) was great. The location, close to the escalator system to the old town was very good.

The bathroom was awful - the combined shower and toilet area was very small. There was no way to avoid wearing the toilet seat while showering and the floor didn’t drain well. Some written information in different languages about public transport would be helpful.
