Piso luminoso, amplio y tranquilo en Casco Viejo

Apartamento muy bien situado cerca del casco viejo y con una parada de metro muy cerca. Ideal para visitar la ciudad

Es muy bonito y cómodo, muy limpio y con detalles. El dueño muy atento en todo desde antes de llegar

El apartamento tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días conociendo la ciudad. Es súper céntrico aunque tranquilo a la vez, algo que se agradece tras estar todo el día haciendo turismo por la ciudad. El anfitrión es muy atento y detallista y te ofrece información de interés que hace mucho más cómoda tu estancia. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Location was great. The host had left T-bags, coffee, dish soap, kitchen roll, shampoo, toilet rolletc for us which is always a welcomed bonus. Property was clean. Great high pressure in the shower. Spacious appartment.

We liked the shower but the bathroom itself the floor and some tiles needed updating. Toilet cistern was loud but it seems to be the whole block rather than just this appartment.

Location was very good; near the old town. The host/owner was responsive when we reported issues.

The mattress was uncomfortable and very poor hot water pressure in the shower. I reported this to the host. He promised he would replace the mattress for the next guest and would check the shower. If these items are corrected, the location would qualify for a much better rating.

Very easy access with good communication with the host on before and on arrival.

Located right next to the old town. The beds are comfy. There is good online communication with the owner.

The whole apartment had just had floor varnish and it had not dried properly yet, so the smell was very bad during our stay. The heating was switched off and the digital controller wasn't working anymore so it was cold until the owner realised he had to come by to change a battery and turn it on. The bedroom is located at ground floor on a noisy street. The plumbing in the old building is generating a loud buzzing sound whenever someone opens a tap in one of the other apartments. There are no realistic parking options nearby despite being advertised as such. Kitchen facilities are basic and the living room furniture rather uncomfortable.

Very central location. Very spacious. The memory foam mattresses were a dream!! 😊

Good location in Bilbao, very close to the old quarter and walkable to most parts of the city and close to a metro if you need to go further.

The apartment is not that quiet, you can hear the lift going up and down. This is not a major issue but worth knowing. I would also say that this isn’t an apartment you want to hang out in due to the comfort of the living room. However the apartment is perfect for a city break where you are spending most of your time out in the city.
