- Coffee machine - was nice to see toileteries provided

- One of the toilets was not clean - the kitchen utensils need replacement - not enough coffee mugs - without dishwasher it was difficult

Location and price. Facilities were good too

Maybe a bit sparse in the kitchen crockery etc the view over the neighbours was not good.
