Tôi thích tất cả mọi thứ ở đó, phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, rất ấm áp và sạch sẽ, giá tiền hợp lý, vị trí thuận tiện gần trung tâm. Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và nhẹ nhàng, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách. Tôi rất yêu mến cậu bé lễ tân đó😍

The mattress was somehow a bit uncomfortable

I think that we must have been upgraded because we ended up with an amazing, spacious suite! Not at all what we expected, we were quite blown away. Our friend's twin room was also very spacious. Despite being hard to find, it is in a good location in the city. The breakfast was good - small buffet with good selection of food. The price was very good.

What let us down was the shower - you had to run the water for 5 minutes before there was hot water, and by that time you were standing in 2 inches of water, as the drain was blocked ( I was afraid that it would run over the shower unit and flood the bathroom - thankfully it didn't). The other problem is finding the place! We rang reception, but she was totally useless at giving instructions. So, for those looking for it travel down Bokonbaeva St until you reach Narodny supermarket, next to Touristan Hotel, and take a left down a small street. It is right behind Touristan Hotel.

Чистый и тихий номер, удобное расположение - до всех основных достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком. Без доплат и по своей инициативе поселили в люксе, что было очень приятно. Персонал вежливый, подскажет куда сходить пообедать, нам предложили Navat и это был прекрасный выбор.

Немного стоит доработать завтраки: темновата сама комната, в которой подают завтраки и не все блюда пришлись по вкусу. Завтраки с 8 до 11, пришли в 10 было уже совсем мало еды, но это понятно, в другой день пришли в 9 и еды снова мало, спустя время ее восполнили, но не прям много.
