Nice to have coffee provided and toilet rolls.

Poor neighbourhood. £10 taxi to centre. Weird building, like Scandinavian. Very basic decoration. Shoddy. Drunks next door outside drinking. Smoking and loud. Very expensive. £450 for one night! Cheap furnishings. Squeaky bed just turning over (King size). No mattress or pillow protectors. Poor standard of decoration and cleaning.

It was exactly as described. Was everything and more that we needed for a really reasonable price. With secure parking aswell. The owners we also very helpful sending all the information needed before going.

"exceptional accommodation in an ideal location in Manchester"

everything was fab, the house was spacious and all rooms were lovely. the balcony in one room was lovely to sit on in the sunny mornings. beds were really comfy, tea coffee etc all provided, hosts obviously gone above and beyond to ensure all guests have a fantastic stay!!
