GBThe apartment was very clean and in good condition. Comfortable mattress. Quiet inside thanks to excellent soundproof windows. Located in a modern residential area with friendly neighbours, families, and young people. After reporting the issue, the internet was fixed the next day.
Check-in was overly complicated: the code arrived only 30 minutes before arrival and no clear info on floor or apartment number. Host was not reachable by phone. Only one entrance tag for four people. To enter the flat, an 8-digit PIN had to be entered every time. No internet and no TV service upon arrival (internet fixed later). Poorly equipped kitchen: paper towel was nearly used up (almost empty roll), only one day’s worth of coffee capsules for a 4-night stay, no sugar. Mattress squeaked when moving. The view is directly onto the highway; with open windows there was constant traffic noise. AC only in the living room, so the bedroom didn’t cool down well in hot weather.
