Staff where friendly

I couldn’t recommend this hotel any less. The room was extremely dusty, there was rips in the pillows, random rips and holes throughout the room and bathroom, the glasses that we where giving for our room where also dirty, it was very noisy and also a lot of random scratches on the ceiling. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that are way better value and just looked much better if I’m honest, it looks nothing like the photos. Stay away from this hotel.

Location was excellent .

I loved the aesthetic, the staff, the music the bar. The room was like stepping into a 19th century Gothic boudoir. I truly felt like a goddess.

It was an exceptional experience, the staff were truly lovely, the room was amazing, we had the best anniversary! And so thankful for the experience.

The staff were lovely can’t fault them at all!

The room was very small, found the bed really uncomfortable and there was also a weird smell around the whole hotel could also smell it from our room.

Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster, extrem schlecht. Das Bild im Internet gaukelt vor, es wäre ein Fenster vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist winzig klein. Extrem schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Staff where brilliant, friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much hassle 😄 would definitely go back
