Das Zimmer war super schön! Wir hatten ein Naturzimmer. Superschöner Spa Bereich. Das Abendessen war eine 10 von 10!

Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte größer ausfallen können, es gab keine Eierspeisen.

"Did the job, food was good but probably wouldn’t stop again"

Location for our travels was very good

The pool was overcrowded and not very pleasant- not relaxing at all. They were so busy at dinner that the service was poor and we kept having to ask for things and the staff felt flustered- also the very dark dining room on a sunny day didn’t feel good!

"Peaceful, nature, spa, great food and in the North Alsace countryside"

Such a beautiful room facing the trees, the spa is so calm and with lots of choices, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast and dinner are delicious. It's a magical oasis and we keep coming back.
