ROA very nice decorated apartment, with a lot of facilities included. It was very quiet also. The temperature in the room was great - outside were 38 but it was no need for AC. It is also near the old center.
A little bit humid as the building is built on top of an old structure. The room was clean but I believe that vacuuming it will make it better as we found hair on a various places.

BRLocalização ótima, acomodação bem grande e espaçosa. Estávamos em três, usamos a cama de casal e o sofá-cama. A cama era bem confortável, o sofá-cama nem tanto. Banheiro ótimo, limpo e grande. Recomendo.
A comunicação com os anfitriões foi um pouco cansativa. Perguntavam várias vezes a mesma coisa em mensagens automáticas, mas não respondiam as mensagens no booking. Por exceder em 45 minutos o horário de chegada padrão, nos cobraram 10 euros. Acredito que poderiam ser mais atenciosos e solícitos com o turista, mas no geral a pessoa que nos entregou as chaves foi bem educada e respondeu nossas mensagens prontamente.

LVApartment itself and the location of it is amazing. You're in the courtyard of a beautiful building on a first floor. Bed is comfy and wi-fi is decent.
We had not a pleasant experience with checking-in. The host was very nice, but she changed the time when we should arrive twice. Also there was not even a basic shampoo or shower gel in the shower. Plus since it's a ground floor, the floor is very cold. There weren't any sleepers in the apartment.

The sheets and towels are old, the couch was uncomfortable and its mechanism is broken. They didn’t give information about where the garbage should be thrown away.
