Not much. Maybe that we could go get coffee in the Lobby. ?

We got locked in the room -- 3 times!! Their electronic locks didn't work. We couldn't get out! We had to call maintenance 3 times and wait, locked in the room. The maintenance guy didn't ever fix it. He gave me his master key, so I could have opened every room in the place. The electronic locks he never figured out; he ended up taping the electronic locks open with duct tape!!! The hotel would not give us another room, though we requested all 3 times. Everything about this place shabby, even dangerous. Never stay here.

Excellent location! We could walk to dinner and shopping, and we could easily hop on the free bus to go two stops to the base of Winter Park. We also used the free bus to go get groceries from the Safeway -so easy! Very comfortable and cute room! Friendly staff who gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and where to go for food and fun! The lobby area was so cute too, with coffee and tea and a shared microwave with some light snacks out 24/7!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was good.

Owner was out of town and there was no staff at the desk. The walls are thin, I could hear the traffic out front and my neighbor in the room next to me.

Amazing location! Communication was excellent, even though I arrived late and didn’t meet any staff in person. The check-in process was smooth, and the WiFi and password instructions were very clear.

I booked with a non-refundable rate. The fact that the room was windowless was not clearly stated on the website, and I only learned about it through a follow-up email. Unfortunately, by then, I was unable to cancel or modify the reservation.
