The Viking Lodge - Downtown Winter Park Colorado

Decent price, cozy and has character. The staff was very accommodating, allowed us to check out late. It is a short walking distance from all the best locations downtown.

Very cozy lodge with excellent location. Rooms were simple and small, but to be expected for the price point. Nice cozy common area with hot beverages.

Fabulous pre arrival communication with the host. Easy check in. Clean & comfortable room and facilities. A cosy friendly accommodation I highly recommend a stay here, thank you!! ☺️

The property is beautiful. Very impressed with it.

I didn’t like the steep stairs in the room that led to the upstairs bed. I didn’t like the complete lack of customer service. We arrived a little while after 7pm and nobody was at the desk. I found an envelope with my name on it. Inside was a pass to put on my windshield and a room code for the door. No property map, didn’t know what room I was in, tried to call the after hours number twice for help on where the room was and where to park. No reply. For that reason alone, I won’t be back.

The location was perfect for a quick stopover in Winter Park. I'm sure it would be a great place to stay if you were enjoying the ski resort. It was located right in the heart of town and made it very easy to walk to restraints and shops. We would absolutely stay there again.
