"It's an ok apartment but it's a bit far from the centre of town and quite basic for the price."

It is clean

We were left one roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 2 days! The AC isn't really strong enough to cool the place well (yes it was extremely hot while we were in this apartment but we live in Spain and have stronger AC at home so I know it's possible!).

Terrible customer service. Very poor communication, rude and unhelpful. I requested an invoice and it seems they didn't like the idea. They don't respond to messages and when you follow up they get annoyed. I will not stay here again.
