The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was also central

There was a mix up with my booking but it was resolved very quickly.

You can leave your luggage for a couple hours in the entrance. The building is located close to the Meyongdong shopping district and if you book a DMz tour, the pick up location is close by.

There are ALOT of options in this vicinity. This place was by far rated one of the worst. • Bed is wrapped in plastic, and feels like sleeping on a diaper. • People do laundry ALL hours of the night and if you’re staying in any room on the third floor, forget about sleeping. • Says no children online but the first night two children ran toys up and down the hallway for an hour or so at night. • Online they advertise free dryer but it doesn’t work. • They left opened packages of toothbrushes to use, random half used bottles of someone left over eye serum and a toilet bowl cleaner all in one basket. • There was so much hair on the floor when we checked into our room that I actually went and found a broom and sweeper the floor. It was gross, not to mentioned the black mold in the sticky bathroom. • I requested a new room or a refund but received zero response. They do not care about hospitality AT ALL. Worst 3 nights ever.

Clean, great location and easy check-in and check out procedures. I liked how they had a water machine, free dental kits and free umbrellas to use in the lobby.

Mosquitos in the room every night and it was so cold in the rooms. It's as if the heating wasn't even on. Emailed multiple times to ask how to make it warmer in the room but there was no response.
