No alojamento não tenho o que falar agora o problema para estacionar é muito grande na região além de caro as vezes ficamos sem opção perto fora isso tudo perfeito!

Two bed-room apartment with bathroom, a living room and build-in kitchen. It is spacious enough, although the small bedroom (with bunk bed) is small (but good enough for small children). Kitchen is reasonably equipped, although you need to buy your own supplies (like salt, cooking oil, etc.). Location is good: very quiet street so no noise, and within walking distance from Setas (5 min) and other sights (20-30 min). Enough supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very good value for the price you pay.

The built of the apartment is a bit weird with the only windows looking into a small enclosed courtyard which means no natural ventilation and hardly any natural light. If you use the apartment just to sleep, that is no problem, but not so suitable if you want to spend more time in the apartment. The people handing over and collecting the key only spoke Spanish, so if you don't, make sure to have Google translate ready to communicate. And make sure to read the small prints: you pay 35 Euro for cleaning costs but need to take out your own garbage.

I had one phone number to contact him.. In fact, he was very cooperative and allowed me to receive the apartment early and allowed me to stay longer at the end of the stay because of my late flight.. But at the end of the stay, I received a message from a person who claimed to be the cleaning worker and he said bad words and tried to blackmail me and said that I violated the rules of residence even though I cleaned the apartment before leaving.. He accused me of not cleaning and leaving condoms even though the visit to Seville was only a medical visit.. In any case, the apartment is good and suitable, but my advice is to take a video of the apartment before leaving so that they do not try to blackmail you

We loved this place: great location - very close to everything - we walked every day to see the attractions in Seville. The place is very clean and beautiful, very conformable - the air conditioning is a great addition. It is perfect for a family with children. Great value for the money.

Just a note: the host that met us to provide the keys speaks only Spanish. We used Google translate.
