Modern 3BHK near Edinburgh zoo

The keys were downstairs locker and we were trying on top floor key code, which made a discomfort but after that when we found the key everything was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay

We had a great stay here overall. The flat is well-maintained, it's a little bit outside of central Edinburgh but it's still a great deal for the price. We were a group of 6 adults staying here and on the whole there was plenty of space (the two main bedrooms are very good, large and comfy), however the third bedroom (with the bunk bed) is quite cramped. Would have felt pretty overcrowded if there were 10 people staying here.

The hot tub is pretty small and is overlooked by other properties so it doesn't feel great for any privacy. We didn't end up using it for that reason.

The location was good, and the decoration was mostly tasteful.

The property is advertised as having a hot tub, which is the reason we booked, but this was not there (see garden photo). We spoke to a neighbour who said it hadn’t been there for months. It wasn’t prepared for the number of guests booked for (10). It was advertised as providing linen and towels, but there weren’t enough towels for 10 people, and no bedding was provided for the sofa beds (which could hardly be classed as beds due to their poor quality). There were no tea towels provided in the kitchen and the tiny fridge freezer was inadequate for 10 people. Furthermore, the carbon monoxide alarm was not working, which is a safety risk. The microwave did not work. When I tried to call the number provided by the host, to address the issues, there was no answer. I left a voicemail but no one got back to me. Overall, the property is clearly being falsely advertised and something ought to be done to prevent further disappointment.
