Six Senses Yao Noi

Vista fantástica es el único que nos gustó.

El hotel es muy viejo. Necesita una renovación completa. No hacen nada contra los insectos. El minibar en una habitación “The View” está vacío. Hay que pedir todo para llenarlo. ¡Por un momento, es un hotel de 5 estrellas! Nos quedamos 2 noches en lugar de 4, cambiando nuestra villa habitual (que era horrible) por una villa premium “The View” (también muy vieja). Experiencia horrible, terrible. No sé cómo la gente valora este hotel. No hay suficiente luz en las villas, ni en los restaurantes por la noche. Ya no es un hotel de 5 estrellas.

We stayed at Six Senses Yao Noi for 5 nights. The staff are great and attentive, facilities are adequate but for the price of the hotel per night, Six Senses are living of a Brand. The resort is in need of upgrading, rooms are still good, beds comfortable and outside lounge areas clean, but the electrics, tech (Basic TV or speakers et) need updated. Bathrooms also in need of updating. The resort in its entirety is also requiring maintenance, from the wooden steps to the walkways, and the rooms. For the price paid I would expect this to be ultra special and on point for every aspect. The island is very special and the wildlife amazing. In addition if maintenance is ongoing (and its needed), for the price paid, I would expect the resort to be closed and updated. We had multiple maintenance happening to the left and right of our villa. Granted its low season but again if the price is this high they should not be compromising guest peace and quiet with maintenance noise. Planned closure or close villas that are close to maintenance etc should be done. I would come back to the island, the hotel is in a very special place and has amazing grounds and beach. If you want silence and relax (out-with of maintenance noise) and the hotel has been updated in a year or two. I may consider coming back to this hotel. For now though the price is to high for what you are getting. Breakfast was not the best, would expect higher level of offering and service for the breakfast. Staff amazing though and we enjoyed our time, if not a little annoyed with the cost for the experience.

Staying at Six Senses Koh Yao Noi feels like experiencing a piece of heaven on earth. I truly don’t think there is a more perfect location for a hotel anywhere in the world. The concept of luxury with simplicity is simply genius – everything is created in harmony with nature. You can even collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop and pick herbs for your own breakfast. The chefs and the food are outstanding – with a special mention to the incredible Thai chef Jay, who is a true star. Above all, I want to thank the amazing staff, especially Kat, who personally took care of us every single day. When we weren’t satisfied with our initial room due to some issues, she never gave up until we were moved to a perfect villa, making sure our stay was flawless in every way. This is not just a hotel – it is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return.

Die Ausblicke aus der Panorama Villa #29 sind unbezahlbar 15 von 10 Punkten 😍 Die Sonnenaufgänge … ein Traum 👍 Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Nettes add on … kostenloses , sehr leckeres Eis von 11-22 Uhr fanden wir toll und hatten reichlich davon .

Die Bestellungen beim Frühstück liefen nicht immer ganz rund, der Cappuccino dauerte teilweise seeeeeeehr lange, die Smoothies waren eher lieblos … Jammern auf ganz hohen Niveau . Die Öffnungszeiten des Hauptpools von 9-17 Uhr sind nicht nachvollziehbar… ok, abends wird die Pool area zum Restaurant aber morgens ?
