My stay in the apartment was amazing, I stayed some days! The owner offered earlier check in and later check out, that was very convenient. The apartment is spacy, bright, has gorgeous view from windows and balconies, 2 bedrooms. There is all you need inside, kitchen, wash machine, even a music speaker. There is a parking space for a car. There is a private way to the beach (5 min down the steps), and the beach was almost every day empty. To get food it was not a problem to have 15 min walk to the beautiful old town of Ventimiglia, there are restaurants and small grocery shops. Also it took me 30 min by foot to bigger supermarkets in Ventimiglia while having nice walk around the town. If you like to walk this is not a problem, that the apartment is not inside of the city, but you have a great stay in the nature and close to the best beach. For me that was perfect, cause I wanted to chill near the sea surrounded by nature!

I liked all. But you should know that the apartment stays on the hill, so you have steps to the beach, and that food is 15 min away by foot, so you will have physical activity.

Great view and ok walking distance to the old town if you didn't want to take the car. Possibilities to walk down the stairs (272 steps) for a swim in the ocean. Helpful and nice owners.

Unfortunately you most certainly need a car to get food in for example grocery stores or supermarkets and to visit the restaurant and beaches on the other side of the river, which we didn't. We ended up renting one for the stay for this reason which added to the price. The apartment did not have AC (needed when over 30 degrees C), and even with the fans the owner got us, it was very warm. The kitchen doesn't contain enough utensils to cook anything but heating up an already made sauce and boiling pasta, e.g pans without functioning handels and only one kitchen knife and nothing to stir with. The small table and the two chairs on the balcony only offer room for 2 people, which is probably a good number of people to stay comfortably in the apartment. We noticed that many apartments in the block had mosquito nets attached over the windows, something that would have been great considering the amount of mosquito hoovering around in the night time if you like sleeping with an open window.
