PLVery cosy, nice, comfortable rooms, fantastic view from the room terrace or restaurant upstairs, quiet location, very close to the rice fields, restaurant with tasty, fresh food, nice, helpful family and staff living just the next door. Thanks!
Actually everything was great. The only thing i could mention is very high (for me) price for transport if you like the owner to arrange it for you. But you can look for other options somewhere else if it's too high.
NLAmazing view, very friendly staff, a young family hosting on their own property. The dinner was amazing and we enjoyed it on the rooftop terrace. Location was great as you can walk into the rice fields within minutes. So great value for money!
AUThere is really only one good reason to stay here and that is the view across the valley to Mt Agung. Astoundingly, the owners appear to have planted a tree, smack in the middle of their lawn. It appears destined to block this view for at least one of the villas within the next few years. The owner and staff were pleasant enough and kindly carried our luggage up and down the stairs for us
Everything worked but nothing worked well. The bathroom was musty as the floor was covered in pebbles so the base never properly dried out. No drinking water was supplied unless we asked for it. The room had all the equipment to make tea and coffee yet we had to order hot drinks from the terrace warung as no coffee or tea sachets were included. There was no fridge. Alternative places to eat were a long walk or taxi ride away. Food at the villa was limited to basics. Steps between the terrace and bedrooms were steep, uneven and not at all suitable for those with mobility issues. Despite the view, this accommodation is well overpriced.
