"Superb"

I love the place, ambiance and the staff are very accommodating. Close to everywhere like SM, Burnham Park and Session Road. Safe and Quiet place. Easy to get on and get a ride for commuters.

"Good location, care taker was nice, but receptionist had no greetings/poor customer service."

Accessibility of the location.

Bad smell of the bathroom upon opening the door. The bed mattress/foam was not cleaned properly.

Walking distance to Baguio Cathedral, Burnham Park, SM Baguio, Session Road & Public Market so we saved gas and effort finding a parking slot going to nearby places. WiFi is exceptionally fast 10/10. The host is great, so easy to communicate with. We had an overall comfortable and great stay.

No hangers to hang your clothes and limited utensils, not enough for 3 people.
