Excelente quarto, com otimo banheiro, cama espetacular.

Não havia qualquer hospitalidade na equipe. Os hóspedes ficam absolutamente esquecidos na propriedade, seja no hotel, seja no restaurante, como se lá não estivessem. O hotel é naturalmente distante do centro e a falta de qualquer receptividade da equipe torna a estadia fria e ociosa. Nenhuma atividade é oferecida no hotel. No restaurante, o atendimento é extremamente precário e desatento. Isso tudo, para um hotel com pouquíssimos quartos, soa muito estranho. Eles deveriam saber o nome dos hospedes. Ao invés disso, sequer os notam na propriedade e, em alguns momentos, parecem até mesmo se incomodar com a presença dos hospedes. Se fosse um Airbnb, seria excelente.

Elegant furnished room with historical items. Very nice bathroom. Really good restaurant, the chef is a master of his art.

Small glass of poured "vino de la casa" they charged me 13.5 USD + 10% tip for the service. Unfortunately, I had three small glasses with a dinner and the bill ended up spoiled my entire impression of an otherwise perfect dining.
