Villa Torre di Lupo by Casa Manfredi

Superb location with magnificent view over olive grove to the sea. Excellent access to the spectacular coast and forests of Gargano. House was very comfortable with a large lounge and main bedroom. The terrace is extensive with areas in shade, in sun and sheltered from any breeze.

Despite some emails from Booking.com, I have never requested any change nor was any made to my original booking which was from 9 - 22 April 2024. There is no cell phone signal around the house. If you use the oven, hob and air con at the same time, it is likely you will trigger a circuit breaker and cut the electricity. The circuit breaker is not in the house but in a box outside the gate. As the gate cannot open without electricity, access is via a gate at the opposite end of the terrace to a steep path to the road. Collection of keys requires parking in Manfredonia and walking to the office which is in a traffic free street. Lighting in the small bedroom and main bedroom bathroom did not work. Some kitchen items were missing: tin/ bottle opener, corkscrew, jug, bowls.
