The bed was comfortable

Literally didn't like anything but the bed.... Bathroom dirty and I believe mold in the ceiling in bathroom, TV and cable didn't work called for assistance and he came to look n just left didn't fix anything, the location is loud.

The parking lot was solid ice the room was a king size instead of 2 queen bed the person at the desk spoke no English an the room had no heat he put a electric heater in the room from another room my wife slept with her coat on at 3 am I got up and left places like that should be investigated and shut down

We received a refund.

After booking through Booking.com in June and receiving a 2nd confirmation email 2 days previous, we arrived exhausted on expected day November 1 after travelling for 9 hours. The man at the desk was unable to speak English and could not communicate with me except to say "cancelled". He phoned someone who in very broken English also kept saying "cancelled". We were then forced to, in the dark and without any data, to search for another available and reasonable accommodation in an unfamiliar town [which was the whole point of using Booking.com 5 months earlier]. The motel's claim was they had sent me a cancellation email "due to unavoidable circumstances" but when I checked it was time dated a few minutes after the time I had been attempting to check in.
