La ubicación y la instalaciones del hotel. Ideal para viajes en familia. Los buffets son buenos y variados. La comida estuvo muy buena. Las habiatciones son cómodas, con aire acondicionado y la limpieza excelente. Las camas cómodas

La atención en la recepción. Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía con la que habíamos reservado diciendo que era lo que les aparecía en sistema. Tuve que ir a buscar mi confirmación de la reserva para pedir el cambio. Algunos días cambiaron el desayuno para el restaurante italiano y los tiempos de espera fueron espantosos! Estuvimos más de dos horas esperando y no había mucha gente

La ubicación

Que en teoría no permiten meter bocinas al área de albercas y la gente entra con sus bocinas distorsionando el sonido del hotel con la música que lleva la gente, la verdad eso esta pésimo!!

No puedes usar las instalaciones hasta q no agas check in ni alberca ni desayuno au q tengas todo incluido tienen una mesa con cuatro sillas en el sol para fumadores,tienen 4 mesas para el show no hay un bar cómodo para tomar un solo restaurante de reservation muy pobre buffet

"It was worth it because I saw my wife and my daughter happy for being there. The staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel"

My 4 yrs daughter like to be in the pool all day with dad and mom. Since the pool was heated we were able to enjoy with her all day, specially in the evening, That’s what we enjoyed a lot and that’s why we choose this Hotel.

The meat was hard for us to chew.
