Luxury 3-BDR Families & Friends Villa Ocean View

The villa / apartment is spotlessly clean, sparkling white with fantastic light throughout, with a sense of calm and tranquility, it is a perfect place to start or end a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the busier resorts, very quiet during the day and at night so you get a good night sleep. The area is around 15 mins walk or a quick drive from the main town, however there are 2 supermarkets and a restaurant literally 2 mins away - the larger Mercadona has everything including a large fresh fish counter and a counter carving excellent jambon serrano, with various versions at reasonable prices and including the really good bellota. In terms of town, there are lots of good places to eat and we particularly enjoyed going to the B-Yard which has pool tables and Russian snooker, and has good street food options (the pork shashlik was incredible). The house itself has everything you need to cook at home with a nice hob and oven and large Smeg fridge. Beds are fairly comfortable and the shutters (if needed) provide great black out. The garage was a great bonus and you need a car here ideally. The host Auris was always on hand via WhatsApp and seems like a really nice chap who you can call upon for any advice etc.

Advertised as a 3 bedroom although as other reviews have said, the 3rd small room is not useable as a bedroom as the fold out bed is completely impractical. All of my kids are scouts and are used to camping in basic conditions on thin roll mats but none could sleep on the fold out as the cushions (one which unzips to double in size which was not clear from the instructions) are not level so it’s impossible to get comfortable. Recommend replacing with a better version or proper bed, or listing as a 2-bedroom. My daughter was disappointed not to have her own room but we used the sofa upstairs instead which is super super super comfortable!! So I’m not taking away any stars as we were fine actually. Glasses in the kitchen - there were only 2 plastic tumblers, 3 small glass ones and 4 wine glasses, which was not sufficient for our group of 5 as kept having to wash up constantly. Some beer glasses / tall tumblers for cocktails etc would be ideal. The outside space looks beautiful but actually the large bed and stools were not practical for our family and we were not able to sit outside. A table and chairs / loungers would be more useable albeit maybe not as aesthetic, and would make the outdoor space more accessible for dining and chilling.

villa is located in the middle of island, the area is quiet, reaches to the south within 30 minutes, route to the north is bit difficult for self driving. The view is amazing. 2 markets nearby, kitchen available is good for family. exclusive access to garage is really top. Landlord Auris is very friendly, and ready to answer any questions.

I suppose the disadvantages we met are mainly because of bad weather during our stay.

The view & location is amazing, bathrooms and living room & couch definitely a plus. Host was super helpful.
