House in Colnbrook near Windsor & Heathrow

Clean and tidy. Great Location for Heathrow Airport. Host responded instantly. Would definitely use again

the only place we stayed in Europe that had actually proper pillows. it's was amazing. we slept so well. host was amazing, accommodation with a stand out.

We arrived and 1 hr before were told wifi not working and toilet flush not working. (there was another bathroom though) At that late in the day there wasn't a lot we could do. We had booked for 3 days. It was promised to be repaired the next day and to be fair it was. The title Luxury..it is not. The patio door frame was falling apart. which we'd opened to go outside and smoke which i imagine others staying previously would have done to. /The table had a chair missing and was fount outside broken in the back garden.The heating wasnt explained how to use but the landlord did tell us once we asked the next day. (That needs to be printed up somewhere especially at this time of year) If you are going to title a place luxury ...then make it so. It was adequate . Think it needs to be checked over more thoroughly before guests arrive. Due to these issues i have scored low but hopefully the landlords will put this all right for future customers

The house could do with some touch ups but other then that great

Beautiful, clean and cosy home, perfect for a family of 5 who don’t like hotels. Brilliant location, close to shops, takeaways and places like Thorpe Park (our purpose of stay). Really well equipped too and the house owner couldn’t have been more hospitable, made our first time in London 10/10

It was very clean and well furnished. Large rooms, comfy beds, fans in every room, well stocked kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer etc. We had a lovely stay with no issues, great communication and lovely area.

It could use some minor updates to flooring etc but it was clean and well presented so no issues here.
