ROIn front of the apartment is a park. The entrance of the apartment is from the street (park). The apartment is located in a quiet area and is pretty comfortable.
There are no windows in the bedrooms. The light is coming from some inside little space light which if you are claustrophobic can be a problem. The apartment is not near beach or science centre but the area looks like a nice neighbourhood which is not central.

GHOur host was super responsive and very attentive. Loved that the location was super central to everything in Valencia. Most places we visited were within walking distance. Our sons (3, 7 & 9) enjoyed the walks as there were multiple playgrounds usually on our routes we could stop off and play a bit. Also loved that Francisco set up the apartment to suit families with children. It was great! Prior to our arrival, he shared a fantastic list recommending activities for families, things to do daily and amazing sites/attractions to visit. We ticked off most of them. He additionally helped us with the taxi company that picked us up at 3am for our early morning flight. I have to add that, the night before the flight, he reassured that he would keep his phone close by in case we had issues with our taxi to the airport. I thought that was the most selfless act and highly commendable. We really can't thank Francisco enough!
I honestly have zero complaints. Would have just loved some extra pots/cooking utensils and tupperware as we cooked quite a bit for our fussy family. However, this really isn't a complaint as it was super easy to pick a few things to get us going during our stay.
IEThe bedrooms were very good and the beds were comfortable.
The location was poor. Very noisy neighbour upstairs. Made noise til 3am. You stepped off the street into the living/ kitchen area that had the sofa bed in it. It was very uneasy sleeping there knowing it was right on the street. There was no curtain on the door so there was too much light, and you could see people passing by. The toilet did mot flush most of the time and both showers leaked. The toaster didn't work either. It would have been nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine or prosecco!
