Hampshire Holiday Parks - Glendhu Bay

The showers and toilets were super clean and always smelt nice, the lady on the desk was really helpful when we asked about walks, the lake is beautiful and the overall scenery is really nice! It was clean in general. The room was really spacious for two people and clean and i think if 4 people slept in it, like you could then it would also have been good. It was right outside the toilet so that was great in the night as it was a room with a shared bathroom. But I didn’t really hear much noise from other cars or people going to the toilet so couldn’t complain. The pillows were lovely! And nice bed, would deffo stay here if i was coming back to Wanaka and would recommend staying here too, i think it was good for the price. We did the walk at Diamond Lake as well and that was really nice, around a 10 min drive away

I just wish we had been told that we need to bring our own cutlery and cooking equipment for the shared kitchen because when I asked about it i wasnt told and all the campsites I had stayed at until this point had cutlery’s and pans and plates etc that everyone could use so we had to ask someone else if we could borrow there’s quickly and i think you also needed to take washing up liquid and a towel also cause we didn’t see any
