USUSMy girlfriend and I stayed at Woody Mountain BnB for her birthday, and our experience here was exceptional in every way! Starting with the rooms - they were spacious, very clean, well-stocked, and surprisingly luxurious from the recent renovations (randomly, the window blinds in particular were awesome). Beyond that, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sky, who went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions and just seems like an awesome human being! The location is also perfect, being only a few minutes from downtown Flagstaff yet far enough away from town that it still feels like a nature retreat - the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation/isolation. Stays also include a free glass of wine and a daily $10 credit to their onsite coffee+wine bar, which was nice and clean on the inside with delicious pastries, great coffee, and local wines. We also spent a lot of time on their patio, which was again very nice, clean, and filled with amenities like fire pits, cornhole, board games, and plenty of nice patio furniture! They also do live music on Saturdays with local artist Holly Kristen, who is incredibly talented and put on a great show. On top of all that, we thought that this place was very reasonably priced (especially for how nice it is and all the amenities you get) and an extremely good value, plus it feels good to support a small local business instead of a giant corporate chain. Highly, highly recommended!
The free WiFi was slow and spotty, but cell reception was good and we wanted to disconnect from our screens anyways so not a big deal.

An additional light above the tall mirror in the bathroom would have REALLY helped...the bathroom was a bit dim. Also, a bathroom/shower rug would've kept the floor dry and a bit cozier. Oh! ...maybe a bathroom fan? The whole bathroom gets foggy while showering...

Breakfast was ok. Had to wait to open to get coffee and pastry. When you're an early riser it would be nice to open earlier

Breakfast options were minimal and ran out quickly. Service was slow due to only one person and a inefficient process for serving.

The fact that we were bumped from the room we reserved to another. The in room refrigerator temp would not adjust down to a safe temp for food storage
