1 chave física para 6 pessoas (sem explicação e não aceitável), foi pedido mais uma chave e foi recusado, disseram que podíamos abrir com a aplicação, no entanto a aplicação nao abria a porta da rua, e na porta do apartamento nao destrancava a porta, tivemos de pedir apoio remoto para abrir a porta, na primeira entrada, o que demorou. A descrição do apartamento não refere que a casa de banho é dentro de um dos quartos, o que retira a privacidade de todos, num grupo de 6 pessoas torna-se constrangedor. Um dos quartos sem AC.

It is a big and cozy apartment.

Many things. The main entrance to the building is incredibly dirty. The apartment was not properly clean (there were little pieces of broken glass in the floor of two stages), two issues in the bathroom that weren't solved during the whole stay, one nightstand broken. I had to ask for the wifi pasword and ask about the heating. Too hard to do the online check in.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and in an excellent position.

The bathroom is en suite to the main bedroom. This is very inconvenient for friends traveling together. This is not made clear in the description.
