Ideal location, property was clean, cozy ,warm and welcoming. Seaside/puffin theme was lovely. Only thing I would mention was that there were five of us staying but only four chairs to sit on in kitchen. I know its standard to get 4 chairs with a table and its not a large kitchen, so maybe a couple of folding chairs or stools might be an idea. We did not cook, but if we had there were plenty of utensils.

"Happy holiday home"

The house was lovely and bigger than it looks from the outside. It had everything you needed for a short break and was lovely and clean. Warm comfortable accommodation. Very comfortable. I would recommend it for a quiet break away. 😊

The boiler.... It's very loud when the heating comes on. You can hear it in every bedroom which wakes you in the night. I didn't get a full night's sleep for being woken at some point. Otherwise all good.

Great location, quiet street, plenty parking. Comfy beds, well kitted out kitchen. Good cafes and eateries nearby.

The only problem was that the wrong instructions on how to use the central heating were in the book, it needs updating.

"Lovely Amble"

Location, size, the main bedroom was particularly good, comfortable bed and nice dark room. I slept like a log every night.

Could have been cleaner. Windows and lounge blinds were quite dirty. I know I'm fussy but even my daughter commented.
