Nice, well-maintained, clean and modern facility

Aranyaprathet always feels a bit of a transitory place. It’s hard to walk around and generally feels a bit tired. That said, there were some good street food options over the road at night

Pumptrack was really good. Swimming pool was so nice. Our kids loved the sliders. Absolutely loved the food in the restaurant. They have car park. Staff was amazingly helpful.

The location and the condition of hotel and room is good. The hotel is modern, good bedding and have some choices of egg & Thai food for breakfast. The parking is spacious and the size of the room is good and can fit our luggages.

The reception was not able to show any hospitality to the guest. The conversation was quite impolite and she did not provide the room type as similar to the booking at the beginning. We needed to show her the evidence. However, she was reluctant to accept.
