"Apart from no invoice ok but why they can’t do an invoice leaves me out of pocket"

Travelling for work no invoice available on check in or out requested invoice through booking.com they asked for my email address emailed them directly with confirmation number & date of stay room number & my name nothing has come through

"We was very chill out"

How they went n above to put me in a room were I didn’t need to climb stairs the room was just what I needed n oh yes there was a bath in there too which is what I sure needed as back home we have a shower not a bath so that to me was luxurious thankyou again we booked again breakfast was amazing too great chef u have there
