Location is quite central, but inside strange building.

When we arrived we were waiting room for 3 with a private bathroom, but when we entered inside a flat 😛some unknown man was sitting in the sofa-so its just a shared flat with 2 rooms in front of each other, and bathroom you fill find outside-so impossible to walk nacked😝. It wasn’t mentioned in booking.

We did not realize that we had to share the kitchen and living room. It wasn't a problem but we just hadn't noticed it in the description

Lovely host, clean and bright apartment.

Very kind owner, very clean, the terrace was a blessing, big space! Amazing location next to the train station and city center.

Location was great near rail station and centre. Our host Gianluca was extremely helpful and provided easy to follow instructions for entry to the apartment and attractions and local eateries. Bottle of wine on arrival and continental style breakfast much appreciated. Very clean and quiet inside .

Rooms were clean.

Heating in the apartment didn’t work. Water in the shower was cold. Breakfast “buffet” was one little basket with toast, cake & jam + some yoghurt and milk in the fridge. Interactions with the host online went through Whatsapp, we never saw him. But worst of all, and this is not clearly mentioned on the page, it is a SHARED apartment. The living space + kitchen is shared and yes you each have a private’ bathroom but you have to go through the shared spaces to get there. We didn’t know there would be someone else there so my mom and I were trying to fall asleep when the front door opened and a man entered. We were shocked and he also didn’t expect to see us. This was a very unwelcome surprise to leave 2 women in the same apartment as a random man and we didn’t feel safe anymore.

Location is very central and convenient. Bed room as well as the bath room where clean. Staff was very kind.

It was a little bit surprising to realize that the bath room was separated from the bed room. Not a problem for me, but my teen age daughter was confused Perhaps it should be made clear in the description.

Great location, walking distance to Piazza Magiore, spacious, clean, Gianluca is really great host.
