New Orient Hotel Da Nang

What a wonderful hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!

Everything was great about our stay, everyone was friendly and the room and facilities were amazing. Felix the doorman was extra friendly and helpful as were the front desk people and pool staff. Will definitely be staying again.

Everything here was spectacular. From the large varieties of breakfast to the swimming pool and very important the staff Rose is very kindhearted to give us a warm welcome and till the end she took care of us very well. The staff here even gave us a surprise by sending a cake for my Hubby and daughter’s Birthday. They are very kind. Best hospitality

We always stay at New Orient when in Da Nang. Super clean room and bathroom. Great shower pressure with hot water. Beautiful pool. Friendliest and polite staff who goes above and beyond. Great pricing for great location. Breakfast buffet is the best so far in Vietnam

Minor human error from the hotel but was compensated and received multiple apologies from different hotel members.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, and great food. The outstanding staff—Rose, Lucie, Mya, Felix, Lucas, Johnny, Fiona, Hana, William, Alex, Kathy, and Wendy—made our stay unforgettable. Felix brought both joy and laughter with his great sense of humor, while Rose was incredibly helpful throughout. Our children (7 and 10) felt completely at home. We will definitely return.

We had amazing experience in new orient! We had a wedding in gypsy bar and then stay in hotel, we loved breakfast and room, everything was excellent ❤️ Rose is very lovely and helpful! All the best wishes for her and hotel
