Clean, cozy, spacious, quiet, comfortable bed, there is also a fridge. Upstairs is a litte restaurant where you can eat.

Ventilation is not very good.

The place was newly renovated, comfy and quiet although there is Coop store next to it. Floor heating in the bathroom.

Curtains needed to be down all the time because the room is located on the ground floor and people are passing by to go to the store.

Katrin is very kind and warm person. She even picked me up from Soru harbor :) room is very nice and clean. Bed is huge and comfortable ;)

I rented a room in a two room apartment (separate entries) of season (in early June), so there was nobody around. The town is a passthrough with really nothing to see. The room was clean and spacious with private bath and shower (both of these are combined). There is no breakfast served as noted in the room description, but there are cups, basic utensils, plates, a small refrigerator, and a couple of tea bags and package instant coffee packages with a water boiling kettle (no coffee machine). Also, no shower gels or shampoo, you need to have your own. And, yes, there is hand soap. Very basic but clean place.

No see through curtains on windows! Especially in the summer, when it is light until pretty late, having transparent curtains is inconvenient--hard to fall asleep when the light can't be blocked out; and, since the windows go out into the street, everybody literally can see inside as there is no privacy. Having internet information posted in the room would be nice and much appreciated. Offer breakfast, perhaps? Other than a small coop store next door, there is no place where to eat nearby (until the owner opens her cafeteria upstairs). It maybe an unfair comparison since lodging prices are much higher in Hiiumaa than in Saaremaa, but one gets so much more for the value of the money in Saaremaa (cheaper with breakfast) compared to Hiiumma (much higher prices with no breakfast).
