"Being asked to pay for breakfast really spoiled the trip."

I was charged for breakfast - very unhappy to be told that 'all Booking.com reservations are room only'. After years of using Booking.com it is now the case that you only do 'room only', I will not be using you again.

"Wonderful staff and accomodation"

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. When they heard we were staying there because we were getting married locally, they arranged a card and chocolates and did everything they could to ensure we had everything we needed. When I left some clothes in the room they responded very quickly to get the clothes back to me. Great food and service in the restaurant.

It was clean and tidy

Very expensive for what you got, and then you had to pay extra for breakfast and extra to use the spa facilities. After paying for breakfast and the spa I was not short of £350 pounds
