冷氣很強，房間舒適

前台員工態度欠佳，退房當天早上幫我們叫車去機場，沒有要幫忙拿行李就算了，我們7個人有4個28吋行李箱，2個登機箱，他叫了1台4人座及1台7人座的車，一直用很差的口氣跟我們說行李放不下。明明空間還很大，而且這兩台車也是他叫的，如果放不下為什麼叫這樣的車？ 明顯感受到前台一點都不積極，沒有想幫忙解決問題 最後是我們自己付費，早知道我們自己叫Grab還比較便宜。 房務早上8點多就按門鈴要來清潔，完全沒有想到裡面有人在休息，很不貼心。

Nous sommes restés très mitigés de notre séjour à Phu Quoc. Nous pensions trouver de l’authenticité et nous avons trouvé une île bétonnée chargée de complexes hôteliers géants

Malgré un large buffet, les plats proposés pour le petit-déjeuner manquent cruellement de saveur vietnamienne. Quasiment tous les plats sont préparés pour satisfaire la clientèle chinoise ou sud-coréenne. Aucun plat pour les touristes occidentaux et il y a très peu de plats vietnamiens. Ce qui est vraiment dommage nous qui voulions découvrir les saveurs de la cuisine locale.

The room size is comfortable for couples, and the property offers a rooftop swimming pool and bar at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding on the best times to visit tourist spots, including their closing hours and peak periods. Breakfast was decent, though not as impressive compared to similar hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Enjoyed the free airport shuttle.

No refilling once it is over in the breakfast buffet. Seeking some understanding of checking out the room 12 PM vs 12:30 PM, although informed about the slightly delayed checkout. Received the call every 5 minutes between 12 PM to 12:30 PM.

La grandeur de la chambre avec vu du 7e étage superbe. La piscine au 8 e étage super agréable. Belle hôtel avec de belles prestations. Location de scooter à 50m de l' hôtel à 5€. Un petit restaurant à l' angle de la rue REGINA très bon et pas cher et super accueil. En centre ville et le marché de nuit a 3 km

Le petit déjeuner moyen. Le personnel n'est pas très souriant On a fait laver à l' hôtel. En général, tout le fait au kg mais ici à l unité donc pour un sac moyen,24 euros. Donc a déconseiller et le faire en ville au kg ou ça aurait coûté Max 8€

Great location near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Was hoping for beach access

Breakfast not very good. Lift floor is always wet in the afternoon. Wifi not very good.

Very nice room (free upgrade to a bigger room), clean and well-kept facility, great access to beach and restaurants. Very good breakfast with lots of choices and a variety of fresh fruit.

A suggestion: Regular background music (like instrumental relaxation music) in breakfast room would keep the noise level down. There was music playing on a Saturday morning and the atmosphere was very relaxed during breakfast.

The property was clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet, included a wide variety if dishes.
