Villa O'Anne

Clean, quiet villa. Perfect for groups - with 3 separate rooms, each with their own bathroom, opening out onto the pool. Pool is perfectly sized. Aircon throughout in each room makes for a comfortable stay. And house cleaning each day was perfect - we just sent a WhatsApp for when we’d like the place cleaned each day. Rooms themselves are very clean, well furnished. Curtains ensured good amount of privacy between members of our group. And having separate keys for each room was great when our group split off to do different things. There is a corner store right next door (1 min walk) which sells drinks and snacks, as well as medicines. This is a huge plus. Drinks cost only 30 cents to $1 AUD each. This meant we barely used the fridge, and just bought items as we needed. Property felt secure, with gate as well as tall fences and bolted entrance doors. One of the bedrooms is the master and has a bath and shower. The other 2 rooms each have their own shower. Check in and checkout was simple - we simple messaged Kartika (the owner) with what time we would be arriving, and what time we wanted to check out. Ultimately we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others looking for a group getaway.

One of our group members mentioned that the water pressure in the showers was a quite weak. This was not a big worry for our group, but is probably something to be aware of if this is something that will bother you. Water was hot, but it did trickle. Also important to be aware that beaches and main sights in Bali/ Seminyak are not within walking distance. Despite having an excellent 9/10 location on booking.com, you will still need a car/ taxi/ scooter to get around.

Excellent location, private, facilities great. Pool was just right. the cleaners did a great job and kept the Villa clean and neat. There were plenty of great Cafes nearby with terrific Coffee. Circle K right next door. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing was disappointing

We stayed for three nights and the villa and surroundings were nice and kept well maintained and cleaned. If you requested any additional items not provided in the villa, the host was more than happy to provide. We didn't make full use of the lounge and kitchen as we were out most of the day and evening. It was nice chilling out around the pool when we returned later at night.

The location was a bit far to walk to the main Seminyak centre but we used a Grab or Bluebird taxi costing no more than 50 IDR.

Just the layout was amazing we should have booked for the 2 weeks

It’s very comfortable villa with good pool, our kids were happy to swimming anytime! The best hosts ever are here! It was very good stay and holidays! Villa has a staff and cleaning when you need and very good owners.

The place was amazing nice and secluded with a circle k next door that was so convenient. staff where amazing if need anything always ready to help will definitely be back so happy with our stay there .great facilities great water pressure in showers .the kitchen lounge area is a nice cool place to relax with closed doors and cool aircon when waning to wind down abit .the pool is nice and deep but not too deep .we had 4 people stay for 12 days and nothing bad to say about this villa. owners very helpful for anything and great advice on where to go for food or anything else you might need Thanks again
