"Memorable moments with my family probably won’t return to this hotel."

The location was very good. The pool and jacuzzi was nice.

Had to call to get the Safe fixed. The bunkbeds weren’t totally made. When I inquired, they said you have to request it.!!!? never in my life of I stayed somewhere I had to make the bed. The fitted sheet was on it, but the rest of it was up to the tenant.. we requested to park the car an extra day and the lady at the desk was too busy to check and Simply said they were full! . When we came back to move the car from Disneyland, we talked to a very nice man who allowed us to pay for parking. We’ve stayed here before and I loved it however this trip I felt like I bothered the employees at the desk.. I’m not sure what’s happened, but things have changed.. The maintenance guy who came up to the room was great.

"Great stay while going to Disneyland"

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Its a 10 minute to Disneyland, and breakfast was a good enough to get the day started.

The TV wasn't working, bathroom door did not lock. These were not negatives as we out most of the day,

"Classy place close to the parks for a good price."

Very stylish, clean and comfortable. They serve a great breakfast to start your day. The bunk beds is the family suite were large and comfortable. Close to the parks and good restaurants. We will definitely stay there again!

Nothing to complain about.
