The place is so clean..

The condo was lovely and the hoist was the best ever, getting back to me and sorting any problems promptly.and going that extra mile to make the place feel like a home.

Nothing about the condo was bad .for me the location was much to far from town or anything to do there. And 24 hour truck air horns

Every appliance worked well, wifi was fast, bonus netflix on TV, pool was clean, security guards were polite, other residents were nice. There is a 7-11 and also a convenience store near. A landromat is at 5 min of walk. You can also walk to the ferry that goes to Samal Island. Price of the taxi to go to Gaisano Mall is under p270, where there is a supermarket so you can buy the meat and all other foods. a ride to Crocodile Park is also close to p300.

I messaged the owner the first day about the toilet seat being broken. No one fixed it during the 10 days we were there.

The unit is clean, cozy, and the ocean view. You have almost anything you need. Also, the owner is responsive and very kind.
