Awki´s Dream Hotel

The room was big and comfortable. It had radiator and a hair dryer which Is really nice. Also the location great. The breakfasts is great.

The laundry service is expensive. Sometimes we didn’t have a hot water in the shower (not necessarily cold but not warm enough). But it was not a lot of time.

O que mais gostei na acomodação foi da recepção. Todos os funcionários, em especial o Cristian, nos trataram muito bem, nos deram boas dicas e no dia que nosso passeio foi antes do café, ele fez uma caixinha com comidas para levarmos. O chuveiro também é uma delícia, sai muita água e é quente. E o café da manhã, perfeito, dá para fazer omelete, ovos mexidos e tem várias opções no Buffet

Very lovely hotel with everything you needed in central Cusco

Was a little noisy at night as most rooms have bathrooms opening up into a shared atrium. The two main roads to the hotel have very narrow footpaths - which made it difficult to get to amidst the buzzing traffic.

Big comfortable bed. Good shower. It was clean.

It claimed to have a balcony and a patio. It had neither. The window overlooked the corridor. It was noisy and no privacy. I only stayed a few hours. Staff were neither friendly or welcoming

Das Hotel ist ok und erfüllt seinen Zweck, aber es gibt glaube ich schönere Orte für einen Aufenthalt, an denen der Wohlfühlfaktor größer ist. Dass Frühstücksbuffet ist schon ab morgens 6 oder 7 zugänglich und reichhaltig.

Das Zimmer war nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern und es roch etwas nach Abfluss. Ausserdem wurden im EG Handwerksarbeiten durchgeführt und man hört frühmorgens wenn Gäste ankommen und das Frühstück vorbereitet wird. Das Ambiente war nicht so freundlich wie in anderen Unterkünften, in denen ich schon war.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, personale gentile, in particolar modo Cesar. Appena arrivato alle 5 del mattino si sono premurati affinché potessi subito fare colazione ed entrare in camera il prima possibile (pronta alle 8 del mattino senza sovraprezzo di early check in). Mi hanno organizzato un transfer privato a buon costo verso Ollantaytambo. Mi hanno preparato una colazione da portar via una mattina che sono uscito molto presto. Mi hanno conservato lo zaino per il giorno passati fuori ad Ollantaytambo e al ritorno me l'avevano già portato in camera. Colazione veramente ottima, servita dalle 6,00, con uova preparate al momento su richiesta, succhi di frutta, yogurt, latte, tè, caffè, pane, torte basilari, frutta (almeno 5 tipi), cereali, formaggio, prosciutto. Camera molto grande con letto comodo e gigante, balcone con affaccio su strada (non una vista bella ma poco importa), bagno grande con presenza di prodotti da bagno ed asciugacapelli. Comodo e veloce il servizio lavanderia, 9 soles al chilo e pronto in giornata se richiesto entro le 11,00 am. Secondo me questo albergo è quasi un 4 stelle per servizi ed accoglienza.

Le due strade per arrivare alla struttura dal centro storico sono strettissime e comunque trafficate. Camminare su quel marciapiede largo appena mezzo metro è stato tediante per il continuo sali scendi. Wifi purtroppo saltava spesso.
