Christy's apartment by the sea

-Beach was right behind the apartment (2 access points) - good sized parking lot right in front of the apartment across the street -Nice front patio with table and chairs and a stand to dry clothes/ towels on -very nice restroom(especially shower) - good sized refrigerator - plenty of toilet paper available and trash bags - owner was very responsive to messages and helpful - good options for food and a convenient shop just a couple of streets over right in the neighborhood -Bedding and towels were clean

- the upstairs got very hot even though the air conditioner was on. Maybe putting a unit upstairs would be better. Cold air generally falls, that way both upstairs and downstairs will be comfortable - the Air conditioner was set up to turn off if you open the front door or upstairs window. I understand this from an energy saving perspective, however, I suggest having a write up available for this so when people arrive they know what to do instead of wasting time for both themselves and the owner by messaging them why the A/C keeps turning off and on, etc - the beds upstairs were hard for us but that's all preference... some ppl prefer to sleep on harder, some on softer. - I felt like the posting was a bit unclear because it said both terrace and balcony and it appeared to have a back sitting area with view of the water. Now, the upstairs bedroom did have a window with the view, however, there was no back balcony or terrace. I just think this was due to misunderstanding on my part, however I do think the picture of the view should be taken from further back so people can see it's being taken through a window. This would not have changed my mind about staying there. It's a very minor thing

Gazda f primitoare și serviabilă, curățenie, totul impecabil, conform pozelor din descriere, chiar mai frumos, gândit până la ultimul detaliu. La etaj, am avut parte de vedere la mare, eu fiind și însărcinată, mi a fost mult mai ușor și plăcut să dorm la etaj cu soțul, Intr un pat matrimonial f confortabil. Fetița de 2 anishori, s a putut odihni in pătuțul ei langa bunici, la parter. Deși gazda nu locuia în orașul găzduirii, ci intr un alt oraș, la restaurantul propriu, ne a asigurat prosoape și lenjerie de pat de extra, ba chiar mai mult, am avut nevoie de paturi pt părinți, a venit personal și ni le a lăsat pe terasa, deoarece la ora aceea toti dormeam. Apartamentul a fost dotat cu absolut tot ce am avut nevoie, chiar și cu produse de curatenie, mașină de spalat, ceea ce ne a fost de un real ajutor, mai ales cu un copil mic. Terasa unde ne am putut relaxa in familie și fetița juca. In spatele casei, era marea, cu o vedere superbă, ceea ce ne a fost f ușor să ne deplasam și să ne bucurăm de priveliste, terasele f aproape de noi, unde am putut servi mesele in familie. Sejlongurile de pe plaja nu se plătesc, se includ în plata consumației, sau oranjului servit la terasa. Recomand cu cea mai mare căldură😍

Doar faptul că nu am optat pentru mai multe zile.

Völlig falsche Beschreibung. Ist ungeeignet für 4 Personen. Die 2 Schlafzimmer existieren nicht. Es handelt sich um eine offene Maisonette.

The home was close to the beach. As a mother I had all the gadgets that I needed in the kitchen. The home was comfortable. I liked the peace in the neighborhood. The markets, the bars and averything was to close. The parking was in front of the apartment.

In this five days that I was there, no one came to change the towels or the sheets. The internet doesn't worked as we thought. It was very very slowly.

The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea, although it doesn’t offer a sea view, as it faces the street. The photos on Booking.com are accurate. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped, with a large fridge. The apartment appears renovated and has a spacious porch at the front. There is also a large parking area directly in front of the apartment.

The air conditioning was not working properly, especially at night. It seemed to be either remotely controlled by the owner or restricted by an hourly limit, probably to prevent guests from running it overnight. During the day, there was also another problem, a faulty door sensor, which was loose, but the owner did not bother to repair it. Probably to save some electricity which I paid for. As a result, we were left in an uncomfortably hot environment without proper air conditioning throughout our stay. To make matters worse, 24 hours before the end of our booking, the owner cut off our access to the Wi-Fi and refused to provide the new password. Even before that, the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. Additionally, we found a drawer near the master bed containing underwear, probably left behind by previous guests, which was quite unhygienic. There are pipes inside the apartment from the apartment upstairs and you can hear when they run the water. It is annoying at night when you are trying to sleep.

The location is great — the apartment is on a quiet dead-end street, just 20–30 meters from the sea. The building is new and clean, and there is free parking right in front of the house. Within a 15–20 minute walk, you’ll find everything you need — cafes, restaurants, shops, and several supermarkets. We had a very comfortable stay and would gladly come again!

Be careful where you book accommodation. This host is ready to take extra money from you in any way. If he doesn't achieve his goal, he becomes dangerous and unpredictable. After I told him that I didn't want to pay an extra 70 euros because of my baby sleeping in his apartment, he started shouting and threatening to me “if you dont pay i will cut your car tires. My daughter started crying, so I decided to pay him to calm the situation down.
