Gina’s Homes was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. We’ve requested woods for the fireplace effortless, shout out to all the staff! Indeed a great value for your money!

Beautiful property, located at the downtown area which is where most of the establishments are, and the staff member who assisted us was friendly. The welcome gift (cookies) were so good too!

Nothing at all.

The cleanliness and comfortability. It feels homely. It is nice to have lounge to sit and gather after an exhausting walks. You can either cook or buy food outside and eat on a dining table together. You are not stuck in the room. There are 2 lounges

Nothing. The place is perfect

Wonderful to have the space of a full house. Full kitchen facilities. Two bedrooms. Good location on the main road, near tourist offices and restaurants. We were allowed to check in early, which was great

Rooms, especially upstairs, were pretty warm. Both had fans but they can only do so much.

The water was off and on while using it.

We vould cook our food and the kitchen was well equipped . There’s the dog Masa to greet us everyday when we come home .

Water supply was intermittent . There’s no toilet upstairs

Nice decor and wooden interior. Central to town restaurants and tour guide booking areas (Ask for Mary at Sega tours, she was great).

Conviniently close to everything in Sagada Proper, well furbished and lovely wooden house with a countryside feeling. Easy going and very accomodating hosts.

Bathroom was a bit cold, but that's the overall experience I've had in every bathrooms in the Philipines.
