פשוט אין מילים! צוות מדהים – מהרגע שהגענו ועד הרגע שעזבנו דאגו לכל פרט ופרט. כל שאלה וכל בקשה נענו בסבלנות ובאדיבות יוצאת דופן. ותודה ענקית ומיוחדת לאלי מנהל הקבלה. התארחנו בתקופת הקריסמס, והמלון היה מקושט באווירה חגיגית ויפהפייה חוויה אמיתית ומיוחדת. ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת מאוד, והחדרים נקיים, מרווחים ונעימים. ממליצים בחום!

"Perfect location and vexcellent customer service"

I loved loved the location, loved the customer service on the day of our arrival, our stay and check out exceeded my expectations. Very friendly, professionall and kind. The guy who checked us in and the one who checked us out, Hanna, Maria were always helpful, Mas was polite, sweet and went out of her way to explain the meals menu and very prompt in her service. Deema was lovely too. The mentions above, were exceptional individuals whose hospitality skills, the efforts to communicate in english and to explain things as they were made the stay feel at home away from home ♥️♥️♥️ I was greatly touched and impressed, given the circumstances I wasn't sure what to expect. May God restore the peace in the Promised Land and I pray that the workers are blessed with double portion, provisions and Grace of God. May you all be highly favored and walk in the light of JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH!

Nothing per say, however if customer service of the exceptional individuals could be spread across the whole team in the restaurant, it would be beneficial. And yes the menu to be marked what's dairy and what's not, saves from wastage of recooking food, every one's time, and of course, money 😀😊. God bless you all ♥️♥️♥️
