Lage ist super, direkt hinter der Oper

Toilette stinkt extrem, keine Batterie in der Fernbedienung, Bett unbequem und quietscht . Heizung funktioniert aber keine Anleitung dazu wie man es aufdreht ( Thermostat an der wand ) Steckdosen entweder locker oder tot. Nicht ordentlich geputzt.

The location of this apartment is perfect! Right next to the opera, in a safe neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and cosy. There was always hot water and the renovated areas (room & living room) are tasteful and it was overall good value for money.

The kitchen door has a glass that is not covered by anything so people in the building corridor can look straight into the apartment, I would highly prefer for this to be covered. The apartment was not suuuuper clean, you could see that details were overlooked. The sewer did smell a lot from time to time.

La cama era muy grande y cómoda, el apartamento bastante ámplio, y con muy buena ubicación, todo al alcance. La calefacción y el agua funcionaban perfectamente y la cocina no la usamos pero tenía lo imprescindible

El baño olía mal cada vez que tirabas de la cadena, los enchufes, la mayoría estaban que se caían, no podías usar depende de cual, la cortina estaba rota, medio caída también y por último el mando de la tv no tenía pilas, por lo que no pudimos usarla. Todo lo vi limpio menos el congelador que tenía pelos.

Super appartement, hyper spacieux, très bien situé, nous avons tout fait à pieds. Quartier magnifique. Appartement très propre, bien décoré et lit confortable.

Le lit grince

La ubicación del departamento es excelente; queda a una cuadras y media de la basílica de San Esteban, y a 15 minutos a pie del río. A media cuadra se encuentra el metro, y se pueden hacer combinaciones con otras líneas para conocer la ciudad. A una cuadra hay un súper bastante completo. Los alrededores son muy bellos como para salir a caminar y perderse entre las calles de Budapest. El departamento es cómodo y grande. La cocina funciona perfecto y tiene un pequeño lavarropas que te saca de apuros. La decoración está bien y es agradable. La cama es grande y cómoda. La estadía fue muy buena!

Lo que voy a decir no opaca todo lo bueno que dije antes, pero creo que hay cosas a mejorar. El living tiene una atmósfera un poco desordenada, pero tiene mucho potencial si quisieran crear un ambiente cálido para los huéspedes. A la cocina le falta un poco de equipamiento: un filtro de café para quienes no consumimos cápsulas, y algunos cuchillos con buen filo. La cama es un poco ruidosa, cada vez que te mueves chilla. Son detalles menores, que no costaría mucho arreglar, y harían más placentera la estadía. Por otro lado, el toilet tiene mucho olor a desagüe. Quizá sea algo que no se puede arreglar porque es del edificio, que es muy antiguo, pero es un detalle a tener en cuenta si eres muy sensible a los olores.

El alojamiento es grande, espacioso y tranquilo. La ubicación es un punto a favor.

La falta de limpieza en general, el ruido que genera la caldera, el olor del baño, la cama muy ruidosa y el colchón muy duro. Muchos enchufes inservibles y sueltos por el apartamento. Bastantes telas de araña (con araña incluida) por la falta de limpieza mencionada anteriormente. Además, tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas tenían olor desagradable a humedad. Nada más llegar, encontramos la cocina sucia, con manchas de comida y restos de pan. En la misma línea, encontramos en un lateral de la bañera restos de palomitas secas y la taza del wc con marcas de orina.

Top Lage

Aus der Toilette stank es, nur oberflächlich sauber, Steckdosen locker und funktionieren nicht überall, sehr provisorisch oberflächlich eingerichtet und saniert, Treppenhaus und Aufzug waren gruselig. Bett und Boden im Schlafzimmer knarzen und machen laute Geräusche. Geräuschloses schlafen zu zweit, ist fast unmöglich. Für ungarische Verhältnisse zu teuer…

La posizione è ottima! La casa é molto grande, molto angoli per rilassarsi! La vasca anche se incastrata é un plus!

Solo 1 asciugamano medio e 1 piccolo per 4 notti! Sarebbe stato utile averne 1 in più! Non ci sono cuscini di scorta per dormire Le prese elettriche su staccano dalla parete, e molte non funzionano! Molti punti luce non sono attaccati alla corrente Il letto cigola moltissimo anche se ti giri nel sonno rischi di svegliare il partner

The location is fantastic. I love the high ceilings and large windows - loads of light and space in the apartment. The building itself is old, but beautiful. Great hot water and water pressure in the shower. The living room is really comfortable with loads of space. I slept on the sofa bed and found it really comfortable. Good facilities - washing machine, microwave, good fridge, good hair dryer and iron & ironing board and a fan.

The only reason I said this might not be a good romantic location is the bed in the bedroom is super squeaky - luckily my mum was sleeping on it and she's very deaf and doesn't move once she goes to sleep so that worked out well for us! New towels would be great and so too would a toaster in the kitchen. There were a few sockets that needed to be screwed in - but these are all small things and they wouldn't stop me staying here again. There can be a little bit of noise from the bar at the end of the street, but fine when the windows are closed. I find ear plugs are always a good thing to bring when travelling anyway!
