Nice pools when it’s not crowded.

A few things detailed below. We had immensely looked forward to our stay judging by the pictures featured online, as well as the prospect of a rooftop infinity pool and an adults only pool as advertised. When we arrived, again it looked beautiful and picturesque. However, unfortunately, several issues emerged over the course of our first two days here. Be careful when booking. We were not expecting to receive a text from a host we would never get to meet, who would send a staffer with no English to check us in. Also, a few minutes before we arrived we were asked if we could pay in cash, which we were lucky we had on hand as there are no ATMs nearby. The host, Bao, did end up saying there was a way to pay by card but would have to pay an extra fee if so. The room itself was fine but we had to use the same two towels for three days for both showers and the pool, as well as just one roll of toilet roll for two of us. There was no offer of a change, any accommodation we have ever stayed in provided housekeeping and changes of sheets every day. The fridge was dirty on the inside but at least kept our drinks cold. The stove did not work with any of the pots provided, however with the help of the host, we eventually got an electric cooker to make some eggs on our last full day. After arriving we checked out all of the various restaurants on site. My partner is vegetarian however there were no options for a main dish for her, only a very limited amount of sides. We tried the S restaurant, however both the service we received (no English, distant and stayed in the corner on her phone) and the food itself (very oily), as well as the white wine (warm and sour) were very poor. She ordered some tofu to go with her side salad but it took forever to arrive, after I raised this with our host he said he called the restaurant to tell them to make food for us, which while an admirable effort should not need to happen.

Phòng đẹp như hình nhé. Hồ bơi đẹp và xịn xuất sắc có cửa hàng tiện lợi và ăn uống tại toà nhà. rất phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng.

Vị trí quá xa trung tâm, điểm trừ lớn nhất của toà nhà Apec. Mọi người nên cân nhắc vì trong bán kính 10km ko có nhiều hàng quán đâu. Tuy nhiên mình thấy dịch vụ trong toà nhà đủ đáp ứng các nhu cầu cơ bản. Có thể tương lai sẽ phát triển thêm nhiều.

The landlord of the room that I stayed in called Bao was the most helpful person I’ve come across on my trip. He helped me with many things making my stay so easy. He even booked my bus ticket to the next place as my card wasn’t working.
