"It was avarage"

No breakfast... Location was ideal...they can work on the gate so that it opens n closes easily

There coffee/sugar/milk were not refilled the same goes for a shower gel.... No DStv channels to watch

Unpleasant experience ever, no customer service, I was not welcomed in a friendly manner as a guest, shouted at because of certain things I asked as a guest, the whole experience was a nightmare I was even paid back my booking fee without any resolution to the issue in a civil manner.
