Ordine, curățenie, spațios și piesa de rezistenta, expresor de cafea. Personalul foarte receptiv și amabil. Știu că sună xa un clișeu, dar sigur voi reveni. Și să nu uităm, lic de parcare asigurat, lucru important în Cluj.

The apartment is located in a quite area of Mărăști neighbourhood, is clean, it has all the facilities you need, parking lot behind the flat with a spot dedicated for apartment. It is very useful for a long trip/ stay in Cluj-Napoca. The hosts were very helpful and kind on the entire trip. I appreciate their welcoming...I found water(still&sparkling), beers(alcohol&non), candies, fruits, coffee, tea, etc. I recommend it with my truly appreciation.

Raport corect calitate/pret, raspunsuri prompte din partea proprietarului, apartament curat, cu magazine si statie de autobuz in apropiere.

Spacious apartment in a new building, free parking in the courtyard. Kitchen well equipped, sofas available both in the leaving room and the kitchen. Not Downtown, but close to essential facilities, including to Iulius Mall and park. Surprising: free fruits, beers and sparkling water available.

Location in the basement has some disadvantages, including noising WC pump. Small improvements could be done, lights as an example.
