A posição da sanita é as torneiras do lavatório, uma não funcionava e a outra não estava fixa e também a altura da mesa da cozinha era muito alta 😄

Honestly the only good thing of the place is the location. But it is not a livable space for the reasons indicated below.

The property had very major problems that made us have to leave after one night. The main one being that the hob is in such a low area of the shack that the wooden cealing is less than 70cm from the hob, making it illegal under Portuguese standard (reported to the local council of Santana), and extremely dangerous to cook for anyone with long hair as the head has to be very close to the hob. Someone higher than 1.90m could not stand anywhere in the property, which has been obtained shabbily by converting a small eaves room, so chalet style is a misleading description. The woodwork is patched badly and already there is mould both in the bedroom and the dining area. In some areas plasterboard has been put to cover areas, but this has not been even painted. The state of the property does not reflect the advertising photos (attached a couple of screenshots). The water has not been hot anytime we were in the property, the host says that the hot water tank is shared with neighbours so even if it were working it would be a lottery to have any hot water. There are no windows that can be opened in the main living room/bedroom area, with inadequate ventilation, hence the mould. The sloping ceiling is problematic as nowhere in the description it is said that it is the kitchen area, sofa and toilet that are affected by the low ceiling, making cooking, sitting on the sofa without hitting the head and using the toilet and washing hands difficult, in the chalets the area with low ceiling are for storage, not for key features. In the description it mentions that there is a well equipped kitchen, which is again misleading, the placement of the hob is actually in an area where the wooden ceiling is too low. In the description it mentions comfortable living spaces, which is completely inaccurate. The accomodation is unsuitable for occupation and as a result we were forced to secure alternative accommodation.

The view is great. Service from the host is great. At first there was no shampoo or body soap in the shower, but after contacting the host via whatsapp, who replied very quickly every time, her daughter brought them to our room, which was very kind of both of them. The host also helped us with directions for the bus.

Completely our fault. I went with a guy friend. I'm a male. We're both straight. We didn't realize the room was so romantic. The shower is exposed to the bed in the living room. One of us waited in the toilet while the other showered. The champaign that was offered remained untouched.

Prácticamente nada

Todo era terrible. Mal construido, cutre, falta de seguridad, caía agua por los enchufes, las luces estaban mal colocadas, la ducha estaba mal hecha y las paredes sin impermeabilizar, entraba mucho aire, entraba agua cuando llovía, el techo parecía que se iba a caer, estaba sucio, había pelos en la ducha cuando llegamos y un calcetín que no era nuestro debajo de la cama. Terrible

Vistas panorámica hacia el mar tiene una habitación para comer en la terraza excelente, por dentro esta equipada con todo lo necesario muy limpio todo , antes de reservar vi que tenia reseñas sobre el techo inclinado, hay muchos huéspedes que no leen antes de reservar, pero es perfecta

Apartament ben situat, fàcil aparcar, bones vistes i “apartament” net. És fàcil contactar amb els propietaris, bon tracte per part seva.

Sostre molt molt baix (cops de cap assegurats), “apartament” sense aïllar (entra l’aigua quan plou, el vent, el fred…), la dutxa… poca pressió d’aigua (si tens el cabell llarg oblida’t de rentar-lo bé), a la cuina no hi ha extractor

Pas grand chose !

Très humide Plafond très bas et il faut adopter une position de tortue dans les toilettes et lavabo. Pas d'eau froide au lavabo Pas de chauffage et il faisait très froid.

Clear check in instruction and nice terrace view if the weather is good

I was there during the storm and it was really cold inside and the wind was getting through doors. There was no heating and the facilities were not comfortable (shower, toilet, hot water, kitchen — everything was 2/5).

There could be some candles for the outdoor room 🕯
