the elevators are super duper efficient

The location is very difficult to find. When I tried to key in the address in Grab application, Grab defaulted the drop off at Jjangdak chicken and beer assembly. The guard did not recognize the place so I have to call the owner. The location is actually in Air Residence of SMDC, the adjacent high rise building at 57th floor. Awesome!

The pool and many restaurants and cafes around.

Nice, very clean and great location in Makati. Check in was a breeze. There is a small mall inside the Building that has a small supermarket and other restaraunts. The washing machine in the bathroom was a nice bonus also. Would recommend this place to anyone!

we loved the location. the condominium has a commercial area with lots of restaurants and stores to meet all your needs. the unit has all amenities you need for your stay comparable to 3 star hotel at a much lower price.

nothing. it met all our expectations.

It’s a really big flat with mini-kitchen, balcony overseeing beautiful private pool, very wide table suitable for remote work of two people at a time and a TV with lots of free streaming services like Netflix and Disney. We’ve had a chance to meet our hosts in person: very welcoming, kind and lovely family. They were very understanding about everything, so it was overall a very nice experience. Could recommend, especially if you’re looking for a place in the heart of a city. It’s a very nice elite apartment complex in a middle of a business centre with it’s own mall, pool, gym, reception and security
